Submitting a Hell No request to ChadO Says Hell No is free. Payment is not required to submit a request.
Tips and other support payments made through ChadO Says Hell No are voluntary and are final once submitted.
All tips and support payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
A tip of $5 or more may give a submitted Hell No request priority consideration. Priority consideration does not guarantee that ChadO will select the request, make a call, reach the intended recipient, receive an answer, broadcast the call, publish the call, or otherwise use the submission.
Tips support the show, website, production, and related operating costs. They are not payment for a guaranteed call or guaranteed appearance on the show.
There is no charge to submit a Hell No request. Because no payment is required for a standard submission, there is nothing to refund if a request is not selected or used.
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or without your authorization, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
This policy currently applies to tips and support payments made through ChadO Says Hell No. If physical merchandise, digital products, tickets, or other paid products or services are offered in the future, separate return, cancellation, or refund terms may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
